If sim card that was used in device is having pin number then it gives problem for sending logs to server. So always make sure from service provider that pin number should be disabled for the sim.

When I click on Desktop Live Tracking link and open it in Google Earth, it ask for a username and password. I tried to use my account user name and password but it does not work.

When we receive the notification emails, the time displayed is not in our time zone it reflects I beleive local time somewhere in India.
