The Laipac S-911 Personal Locator is a portable GPS device which can be used as an emergency cellular phone with speed dialing for two-way voice communication.It is popular gps+gprs based personal tracker system, but bit bigger in size compared to other available trackers. The S-911 has an emergency silent call feature that can report time, date, speed, heading and location of a person needing help. Two emergency numbers can be called and SMS text messages sent.
